This mechanical device is a tool that was designed utilizing off-the-shelf components for the purpose of bending steel rod up to 1/4″ in diameter. The tool “rolls” the steel rod into nearly perfect circles for use in artistic designs or anything else that requires a steel ring.
The tool bolts into an ordinary bench vice and has proven to work successfully.
